Giuseppe studied in Italy but his career is marked by his wide experience in different parts of the world: Milan, Elba Island, London, United States, Madrid and now in Barcelona, in Ohla Boutique Barcelona.

"The current trend is marked primarily on the quest for of the simplicity in the forms and presentation and sophistication in the preparation, using novel techniques (from the kitchen), original ingredients (home, bitter) and selected tools and gadgets (stick swizzle). I try to make my own products like basil, pepper dram, lavender syrup, vanilla sugar, basil vodka and sherry infused with Oporto wine, orange bitter and maraschino" says the international bartender from Ohla Boutique Bar.

"As an appetizer I recommend from my own creation, the Bloomsbury Fizz, based on gin, basil and Oporto; after dinner, from Max La Rocca, a creation of Irish Mermaid, based on whisky and cherry brandy"
